GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE BED AND BREAKFAST `LA BASTIDE DU VIGNERON` Charming guest rooms 4 épis `GRENACHE` and `CHARDONNAY`  Each guest room is completely independent and has its own entrance from our courtyard, leaving the enjoyment tenants come and go as they please, in peace. Our property is closed to `boxes Box` of 1 May to 30 September inclusive (not included summer service). Arrival between 17h and 18h ​​(for a late arrival, thank you contact us), departure before 11am. Sheets and towels provided on arrival. No room service, no room service. Tourist tax of cottages labeled 4 ears: € 0.712 per day per person over 13 years. Thank you for not smoking in the rooms. Deposit payable at booking: 40%. Holiday vouchers accepted. Wise and docile dogs allowed in the rooms, prior authorization of compulsory owners. Additional 8 € / night. Warning: animals accepted in the rooms, however, must in no case and at no time, stay alone and locked up in the room in the absence of his masters. Pets are not allowed in the enclosure of the pool area. Pool / summer kitchen: The summer common kitchen is available on sunny days (delivery not included in the box sets). Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink, dishwasher, Tassimo hot drinks machine. No cooking plate. Thank you to keep it clean and tidy. The common pool area is open from June to September inclusive, from 10am to 12pm and from 15h to 18h (not included in delivery Box sets). The pool is a private pool, its use is reserved exclusively for owners and their guests, as well as tenants staying in our homes and our guest rooms (guests and not allowed visits from tenants). The owners reminding pool users the lack of oversight of the pool, therefore it is up to adults with respect to all tenants enrolled in their contract. The pool area is a quiet and relaxing place, thank you to respect other people around the pool area. All pool users must be covered by liability insurance Legal expenses and recognizes harmless security owners linked to the monitoring of all persons participating in the stay. Deposit (Deposit) payable to the arrival: 200 € (in opening hours of Space upscale pool).
