The tenant commits himself to occupy the holiday cottage peacefully, to maintain and return it clean and without any repairs to do. The tenant must subscribe by himself an insurance against any risks he could face during his stay (multirisk, guaranteed holiday.) Sheets and household linen: Sheets, pillowcases and covers of beds are provided included. The remainder is with your load. Cleaning: The tenant must clean the place before leaving. After a few problems regarding cleaning, we are now asking a deposit of €35 at the beginning of the stay. This is to prevent from any abuses and avoid increasing the charges which would be sad for honest tenants. If you prefer not cleaning the place by yourself, we could do it and we would keep these €35. Animals : Admitted after preliminary agreement. Payment: The rest of the payment must be done at your arrival Cancellation: The deposit will remain sure with the owner, if not rented by anyone else. If you choose to leave before the end of the stay, there won’t be any refunding. Number of occupants: Any overtaking of the number of occupants planned in the commitment will have to be the object of a preliminary agreement, otherwise this contract would be cancelled and the deposit would remain acquired.
