BOOKING CONFIRMATION : The stays are guaranteed only with : - a recording of an imprint of bank card (all except AMEX) of current validity as guarantee. No debit is made before the arrival of the host, who will pay to his departure with CB or cash. - Or by free of charge bank transfer of 50 % of all of the stay. (For bank’s charge, thank you to check this point with your bank) CANCELLATION: For one night stays: If the cancellation is done less than 48 hours before the beginning of the stay, the B&B Anjali holds back 50 % on all of the stay. For the stays from 2 to 7 days: In case of definitive cancellation less than 72 hours before the arrival’s date, the B&B Anjali house holds back 50 % on all of the stay. In case of shortened stay, the B&B Anjali can ask the balance of the price of the rent. The recording of the banking imprint involves you accept the present general terms of sale. The owner of the card gives expressly his agreement to the B&B Anjali to collect 50 % on all of the stay. If the customer doesn’t show himself after 8:00 pm like wrotten on the booking, Anjali can have at his disposal his or its rooms. Stays more than a week: A deposit will be asked in proportion to the reservation and will be collected from the confirmation of the reservation and is neither exchangeable, or refundable. Payment by check: In case of refused check (outstanding payment for insufficient balance, opposition for theft), Anjali will ask the amount of the room with 20€ for commission (charged by the bank). Arrival time: Rooms are available from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm. Except these schedules, an e-mail of confirmation with the precise one hour of arrival will be asked. Departure time: The departure time of rooms has to be made before 11:00 am. Change of room : Without no compensatory damages the B&B Anjali saves itself the possibility of changing the room initially booked by the customer with a room of the same capacity or the superior capacity. In such a case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged. Pets: Except exceptional agreement of Anjali during the reservation, pets are not accepted. ---------------------------------------------------- The customer makes a commitment to follow the instructions to know how to live appearing in rooms. The present terms of sale are modifiable at any time without advance notice. The acceptance and the respect for thse conditions of booking are considered acquired from the recording of the bank card or the payment of the deposit. The B&B Anjali makes a commitment not to pass, the information which you communicated it to other societies or organization.
